• On September 12, at 9:00 PM, the “United National Movement” planned to hold a pre-election event in Vake Park, Tbilisi. According to the statement [1] of one of the party leaders, Giorgi Vashadze, the “Georgian Dream” is obstructing their organized meeting with 10,000 supporters in Vake Park. He stated that the authorities are hindering the delivery of chairs, equipment, and a generator.

According to the Election Code of Georgia, during the pre-election campaign, the municipality bodies shall support political parties/electoral subjects to organize and hold meetings and gatherings with voters, public debates and discussions, assemblies and manifestations, and to ensure the safety of those events.
