It is noteworthy that among the donors of "Orbital" are Aleksi Modebadze and Aleksandre Tsulukidze, who were also connected to "Europebet" (formerly "Champions 111") in the past, which indicates the existence of a common business circle between the two companies. Until the fall of last year, a 20% stake in "Orbital" was owned by Suliko Varsemashvili, who is also a former shareholder of "Betlive" and "Kutaisi-2010". Suliko Varsemashvili owns the company "Meama".;
- The companies of Tital and Knyaz Daseni—who hold dual Georgian and Russian citizenship and are the sons of Isko Daseni, a member of the "Georgian Dream" faction in the illegitimate Parliament of Georgia—namely "Leader-Bonus" LLC and "Crystal Plus" LLC, hold a total of 10 gambling business licenses, on the basis of which they operate slot machine salons, bookmakers, and promotional gaming facilities in Tbilisi and Rustavi. Individuals associated with these companies donated a total of 136,000 GEL to "Georgian Dream".
- A 3% stake in "Betlive" LLC is owned by Tamaz Kharaidze, the brother-in-law of Bidzina Ivanishvili's brother, Aleksandre Ivanishvili. This company holds 4 active gambling business licenses, on the basis of which it operates slot machine salons, bookmakers, casinos, and other gambling businesses in Tbilisi and Marneuli. On March 28, 2019, Tamaz Kharaidze donated 20,000 GEL to "Georgian Dream". A shareholder of this same company is Zurab Varsemashvili, who is both a relative and a business partner of Suliko Varsemashvili, one of the owners of "Meama".
- A 50% stake in "Geogrator" LLC, a company with a gambling business license, was owned by Giorgi Lomtatidze, a member of the "Georgian Dream" fraction in the Batumi City Council, director of the Batumi Tennis Complex, and the husband of Sofiko Gujabidze, the Deputy Director of Batumi Boulevard. On October 11, 2021, he donated 5,000 GEL to "Georgian Dream", while his family received up to 5 million GEL from tenders. Based on the license, this company operates an establishment for gambling and prize-winning games on Lvov Street in Tbilisi.
The donations from individuals associated with "Europebet" and "Orbital" alone reach 825,000 GEL. They are followed by "Kutaisi 2010" LLC (180,000 GEL) and "Crystal Plus" LLC (136,000 GEL), which shows that representatives of the gambling business sector hold a significant share in the financing of the ruling party.
